Spinario is NexGenSpin's love letter to the SNES era, dressed up as a side-scrolling platformer but wired underneath like every other crash-style climber in the NGS family. You get a chunky pixel-art protagonist in blue overalls and a purple cap stamped with a white “S”, and his job is to hop from one floating grass island to the next while the multiplier ticks up. Press Space, jump, watch the number climb, cash out before the gap swallows you. Simple loop. Surprisingly addictive once you find your rhythm.

The art is the real draw here. Released on 31 March 2026, this is the newest and easily the most polished entry in the path-climb line. Lush green turf platforms hang above a turquoise lake, pink-tinted mountains line the horizon, and tiny cumulus clouds drift past. And then there's the cameo. The third platform in the demo is occupied by a small orange spud in a sweatband – that's Crazy Potato, plucked straight from another NGS title and standing on his own square showing 1.04x. It's the first time the provider has nodded to its own catalogue inside a game, and honestly it's the kind of touch that makes you smile the first time you spot it.

Difficulty modes run Easy, Medium, Hard, Crazy. Easy gives you the gentle Family A curve – 1.00x, 1.04x, 1.09x, 1.14x, 1.20x and so on – perfect for warming up or grinding the monthly leaderboard race. Bet presets sit at $0.01, $0.05, $0.25 and $0.50, so you can dip a toe or commit properly. Volatility runs high, the headline cap is 10,000x your stake, and the in-game banner cheekily markets a theoretical ceiling well into seven figures – take that figure with a grain of salt.

Is it a slot in the traditional sense? Not really, no reels, no paylines, no scatters. But that's also the appeal. You're playing skill-adjacent timing, watching live bets stream down a cyan sidebar, deciding when the turtle on platform two starts looking less friendly. The pixel-plumber homage is unmistakable without crossing into trademark territory, and the cross-IP wink to Crazy Potato gives Spinario a personality the earlier NGS titles never quite landed. If you've played Capybara or Digger Jackpot and wanted prettier scenery, this is it.
