Gameplay Screenshots

Magnetz arrived in September 2020 and it's still one of the odder things Relax Gaming has put out. The grid alone tells you something is off the standard playbook. Six reels by eight rows, 48 positions in total, which is bigger than what Relax usually serves. Cluster pays do the heavy lifting here. Five or more matching symbols touching each other counts, and the scale runs all the way up to 20-of-a-kind if you ever get there.

The setting is a chrome factory floor. Steam vents hiss in the background, teal conduits glow along the edges, and the symbols themselves are stamped crates carrying stars, moons, triangles, and hex shapes in primary colours. It's not the most original sci-fi look, but it photographs well and the spotlights on the reels give it a bit of mood.

Now the genuinely strange part. There are five different Wild symbols, labelled WR1 through WR5, and each one is locked to a single magnet colour: red, blue, green, yellow, or purple. A red Wild only subs into red clusters. A green one stays green. That's unusual for Relax, who almost always run a single universal Wild, and it does change how you read the screen.

Four chrome magnets sit in the corners, each humming its own colour. The Flux Re-Spin kicks in when five or more symbols match an adjacent magnet's colour, dragging those tiles toward the corner and dropping fresh symbols into the gaps. Magnetic Merge pairs two same-colour magnets for a stronger pull and usually a meatier cluster. The actual pulling animation is satisfying in a tactile way. There's real weight to it.

Free Spins are the standout. Trigger them by collecting Scatters and the grid splits into two independent 3×9 panels stacked side by side, each running its own magnets and its own Wild multiplier that climbs up to 5x per panel. So you're effectively playing two slots at once with separate momentum on each side. I've not seen many slots commit to that structure.

RTP is 96.66%, volatility sits medium-high, bets run 0.10 to 30 EUR, and max win is 10,000x with feature stacking, though base game alone caps closer to 2,000x. No jackpots, no Ante Bet, and no Buy Bonus, which honestly feels like friction in 2026. Waiting for naturally triggered features is fine if you've got patience. Not everyone does.
