The reels sit inside a pastel-blue hospital reception with checkered linoleum, sky-blue privacy curtains pulled open on each side, and a cheeky pinup nurse pinned to the top-right corner with the Doubles The Prize banner running below her portrait. The DR FEELGOOD wordmark sits in a metal sign at the top with a red ECG line cutting through it. It's a goofy, comfortable kind of cabinet, and the symbol art keeps the same retro register: hospital beds on wheels, a 1950s green dial phone, an ambulance, a clipboard chart, a bandaged teddy bear, a get-well bouquet, and a stethoscope.

The mechanic worth caring about is the Love Meter. It runs alongside the reels and fills slowly during the base game whenever love-themed symbols land. Once the meter tops out it triggers a Free Games round with a multiplier applied to every spin. The Nurse symbol is the other piece of the puzzle.
