Most fish-shooter arcades try to be intense. Heavy bass, frantic boss waves, six difficulty tiers fighting for your wallet. Chill Fishing from YGR goes the other way. Two rooms, friendly cartoon art, a green octopus wearing sunglasses paddling around the screen, and a stocky cannon at the bottom that you aim with your finger. The whole thing leans into a relaxed, low-pressure kind of fun.

Gameplay is straightforward. You shoot fish, they pay coins back if you hit them. 23 fish species populate the playfield, ranging from x2 clownfish at the low end up to x70 golden carp at the top. Mid-tier hammerhead sharks and treasure turtles sit around x12 to x15. There's also a Bomb Crab that explodes for area damage when struck, and the boss-tier Chill Shark King, who triggers a dedicated boss-fight track when he shows up.

Weapon variety is solid. Seven types in the carousel: a default locked-aim Target gun, a trident-style Poseidon, a free-to-fire Thunderbolt net for AoE catches without spending bet, plus Tiger Missile, Electric Ball, Shot Gun, and a premium Gold weapon. The free net is the unsung star, honestly. You can clear weak fish without burning bets and save the heavy guns for golden tier targets. Auto-fish settings let you set targeting priorities and total shot budgets if you want to AFK for a stretch.

Two rooms cap the difficulty curve. Beginner for casual sessions, Master for higher stakes. Up to four players sit around a table together with positions visible, real-time multiplayer the whole way. Starting bet runs a tiny $0.04 per shot, which makes this one of the cheapest entry points in the YGR catalogue.

The downside? RTP isn't published by YGR, and arcade fish-shooters typically run between 92 and 96% configurable, so you're trusting whichever operator hosts it. There's also a Bonus Wheel event tied to special triggers but the mechanism isn't well documented in the demo client. Worth a poke around the Beginner room if you want to test the multiplayer hooks. The Chill Shark King boss is the proper goal, hunt him down across a long session for the headline payout.
