50 Paylines (Mirror Reels)
Picture a 5×4 grid that isn't quite what it looks like. Buffaloes Duel from GameArt splits its board into halves. An upper set of five two-row reels gets copied straight into a lower set, and the two stacks spin together as one. That's the Mirror Reels gimmick, and it's where the game gets its name. The two herds clash. You read both grids at once.
All that doubling feeds 50 paylines. Wins run left to right from the leftmost reel on adjacent positions, only the highest combination on each line counts, and the symbol field feels packed because of the mirror. The golden buffalo is the star here, paying the most and doubling as the Wild that fills in for everything except the Scatter. Below it you've got a wolf, a cougar, a purple-maned stag, then the usual A-K-Q-J-10 royals dressed up in jewels.
Scatters pay from anywhere and trigger the free games, which run up to 25 rounds deep. There's a catch worth knowing: only the single highest scatter win counts per spin, so a cluster of them won't stack into something bigger. One payout, the best one, and that's it. The other engine driving the big numbers is the Clash Multiplier, a boost that climbs as high as x10 on a winning spin.
And the numbers do get big. RTP sits at 96%, volatility is high, and the ceiling reaches a frankly absurd 36,263x your bet. High variance means long dry stretches, so patience is part of the deal. The setting helps the wait, though. Dusk on a North American prairie, an orange sky melting into purple, dead trees in silhouette and a vulture watching from a bare branch. It's warm, moody, and built for one of those rare spins where the mirrored buffaloes finally line up.
