Picture a tomb robber finally cracking open the sarcophagus, only to find another sarcophagus inside, then another, sliding out in sequence forever. That's roughly what Book of Ultimate Infinity does to the ancient Egyptian template. Light & Wonder grabbed the ReelPlay Infinity Reels engine, bolted it onto a classic Book-of-Ra style bonus, and shipped the result with a 96.50% RTP and high volatility that earns its label.

The grid you start with is small. Three columns, four rows, scatter-pays only (no fixed lines or ways to count). Land three matching symbols across reels 1, 2 and 3 and a fourth reel slides in from the right edge. Same symbol lands there? A fifth follows. The chain keeps building as long as the streak holds, up to a hard cap of 50 reels per round. Each new reel bumps a multiplier too: 4 reels gives 2x, 5 reels 3x, 6 reels 4x, and it climbs from there.

Here's the clever crossover bit. At the start of every base spin, a single Book symbol gets randomly placed somewhere between reels 6 and 15, shown on a little parchment map under the grid. Stretch your chain far enough to actually reach that reel and you trigger 10 free spins. Wilds (the gold WILD overlay) show up on every reel except the first and sub for everything besides the Book and the Growing Symbol.

Free spins is where the Book-of lineage shows. One regular paying symbol gets picked as the Growing Symbol before the first spin. If it lands on two or more reels during the bonus, it expands to cover those whole reels and pays from any position, not just consecutive ones. Reach the Book again (now hiding between reels 9 and 15)? Another 10 spins, same Growing Symbol carried forward.

Visually it's all Pharaoh masks, ceremonial daggers, the Ra falcon, Cleopatra and gold-trimmed royals against a bright desert sky. Right-mounted UI, which is a touch unusual.

One honest gripe. A 5,000x cap feels modest for an Infinity Reels game; rivals in the same engine push 20,000x or higher. Is that a dealbreaker? Probably not, given how often the base game actually pays. But worth knowing before you chase the dragon.
